I was going to try that as well come Monday. Sadly the dealer located here is not the friendliest dealer one could think of.
There is a different cover that you can buy, it bolts on with the same three bolts as the one you took off. The one for our L3830 was around $30 from Kubota. Instead of the lump across the top with the pressure test port, there are three threaded holes that you connect your hoses to.I understand. What would be your guess as to the use of these ports under the cover I removed? There were no threads in the holes that these o-rings covered and so I do not see how a person could screw hoses or connectors into them. That plate has me scratching my head at this point.

Correct, in my case, I bought the new plate and 3 orings, it looks like this:Understand. So does that mean I would not have to install an additional hydraulic pump to operate the top and tilt? By changing the plate I would then be able to install the flow out and flow return to the ports on top of the new plate? Ideally that was something that I was hoping to be able to do, in order to keep the process as simple as possible.
They need to look up the install kit for a loader valve, that should have the plate like the one I out on our L3830:Update on my attempt to add remotes. I went to a dealership and to make a long story short the diagram that I was using from my chassis manual went to a "new sheet metal" 2018 whereas I have an "old sheet metal" model. I have attached the new technical diagram that shows what I am dealing with where the blank plate in enclosed in a red box. I am still faced with a problem in that a replacement plate that would allow me to attach outflow and inflow connectors is not listed by Mahindra. Thus my problem is where would I be able to tap in and make my connections? Based on this new technical drawing any suggestions?

He posted a picture of the plate on his tractor that matches the red plate circled in the new diagram:Aaron, you realize that his Mahindra-TYM is nothing like your Kubota, right? I don't think that his tractor ever had a remote hydraulic plate like you are thinking about like yours does.
I know that neither of my Mahindra's have a hydraulic plate such as yours.
Looks like the one that came off of my Kubota...Aaron you were correct about the plate. I have attached 2 additional pictures that show the area once the plate was removed.
