Ok so I took the pump off. A new pump from Massey for my year model (1998) is DISCONTINUED & the tractor isn't even 20 years old yet!!! It's a shame for such a strong & reliable tractor! An aftermarket is not available either. If anyone knows where I could get a pump, the part number is 3763633M91 and is a Sundstrand Hydratec.
I ordered a seal kit from my Massey dealer for $115, part #3901251M91. The steering filter was $20, part # 1886135M1.
I found someone to rebuild the pump for me and should have it back together this week. If this doesn't fix the issue then I'm about 90% sure it's gonna be the right power steering cylinder internally bypassing. It has a little fluid left on the cylinder rod after the wiper seal has wiped it off when it comes out the cylinder housing (as in making a left turn).
