There is also the Plasma Wiz from Flange Wizard, which is infinitely adjustible and I think it was
only about $30. I use that in addition to circle templates made in 1/4" aluminum plate.

I like that. If I make another one it will have a bearing in it like that or maybe I will make something similar. The only issue I had with the center pin is that it has to be held down with one hand while operating the torch. A good magnet might be better for larger circles and free up one hand.

Still want the rotating table though.

Yeah, that's it. Works pretty well. First saw it at the World AG Expo.

I'm pretty sure they make them for Miller so they can charge me more.

I have made a few different setups. For most stuff I use one of my handy auto torches but for large circles I use the magnetic one at the top with plasma (the tape was left over from the last circles I cut that were 36" in diameter and held an extension rod in place).

The two made from set collars, using sharpened brass screws to prevent slag buildup, I use on stainless steel and aluminum. The angled one it to allow weld penetration with minimal grinding.

The handy auto is also good for cutting other shapes and straight lines as well as bevel at the same time, using different attachments. If the project is too big to fit in my pantograph or not big enough of a job to get out the track torch.

I made this a few years ago for my plasma with what I had in the shop, needed it to make the disk for an aerator I was building. Still working good, even made the wheels for it.
