I am wondering what you guys think a plasma arc system is worth? All the information I have on it is listed below:

Plasma-arc type; cutting(plasma) gas, nitrogen at 25 psi; cooling gas, oxygen, nitrogen, air or carbon dioxide. Model PCM-150. L-Tec welding and cutting system. Requires repair.

I have a call into the office to find out what needs repair on the unit...

This is a crown asset distribution item that I may be able to get for fraction of the cost of a new unit.

hi rhofford,
looks like a very old Plasma Cutter model, big and heavy. Parts probably can be found, I think trying a ESAB Dealer. It would be an excellent purchase for a Commercial CNC table. The cutting gas can be easily converted to your shops compressed air by upgrading the cutting torch. 150 amps will cut some pretty thick steel, that is a commercial grade supply, check to be sure it is single phase 220v. 3 phase might be an issue for you.

Anywho, a short search engine looksee and found a price of $1,275.00, 16th item down here or here
