pitman arm

Does anybody know where I could get a new or used pitman arm for a Satoh Bull?

There's one on eBay for $60. (plus shipping from ??). Can't you just make up a new one from some flat steel and metal coat hangers? Looks like that's all it is....

This is one that has the splines in it. I had one sent to me, but it was the wrong size of splines. I thought about making one, but I can find a gear to fit the splines.
