Backhoe Pippen backhoe attachment

I'm looking at a Pippen 3pt backhoe attachment. Curious as to who's had one or experience with one? Approximate year of manufacture. Cat class. Assuming good working order approximate value. All help would be appreciated.

I had a 3 PH backhoe, cute, but sold it and got a larger four point mount unit, sturdier. Really handy to have a hoe when you need one. Know nothing of a Pippen, I had a prairie dog digger 7.5 and now a Bush Hog 850.

Thanks. I'm looking at an auction coming up and they have one. From the pictures it looks in good condition. I'll be looking at it later this week.
