For 11 years I have lived with the back half of my inside yard being weeds and rocks... but now that we are selling the place, no expense is spared! Lures are great for catching the big fish! 
over the last 2 weeks I removed 6-12 inches of rock packed soil from around the house and screened it with my homemade grizzly screen. I removed about 50 yards and only got about 20 yards of dirt.... the rest was rocks. Hardly worth my time! I placed all the rocks in the pit I had already dug out earlier that week when stealing the top soil (mostly clay) for the lower parts of the inner yard. I didn't exactly count but I estimated I moved about 200 yards of dirt going back and forth between screening and stripping.
and if you watched my videos... here is how the egress window well turned out (plywood is covering it in the other photos)
Here is the finished product....
and because PUPPY (couldn't leave out this little rascal)

Google isn't embarrassed for me so here is what it looked like in 2012 when i actually cared to mow down my weeds. Hardly seems like the same house now!

yeah, partly why we are moving. This has been a horrible neighborhood too.... gravel pit right next door just put up a new classifier right next to the road and in eye sight. The traffic on the road now days is bad and no body goes the speed limit... not to mention the 3 trailer parks with in spitting distance
