Well you can pick up the odd used rear conventional blower for a grand CDN if you shop in the summer. A front mount specific to the machine might cost six or so grand new and often impossible to find used.

I get that. I got old enough and cold enough that I refused to use my little JD 2032r without a cab anymore. Here a cab is about $7500 and a snowblower is about $6500. I bought the Massey with cab and blower, 68 hours on the clock for $7000.

True, my hydraulic system cost me 2 times what a heavy duty pull behind pto blower would have cost....but for what I use it for it was a no brainer for me. I have to clear 4 foot tall berms of snow.

Yep...in fact, I was thinking of you when I responded to Industrial Toys' post.
IIRC, your blower (and hydraulic pack) cost around $15K US...right salty, but in your case...worth every penny...even though you're having a pretty mild winter this year. So are we in Vermont...

I was more curious what was hidden behind the red truck. Then saw the picture of the NH loader. There ya go!

I ran skidsteers and loaders for works years ago, when I had the chance to buy my own loader I jumped all over it. 1996 Case 621b.

I bought it in 2018. I used it for a winter and loved it, but a guy kept bugging me to sell it to him. When he offered 3x what I paid for it, it had to go. Then I missed it so much I bought the W130B

Back when I purchased my setup I paid $12,600 total for the plow and blower and hydraulic powerpack. Since I bought 3 items they included a free fork lift attachment and free shipping.

A good, well built push backwards snowblower was over $6,000 then.

We have received 40” of snow so far...but weather is expected to warm up. Sucks
