It just keep's on coming! I'm running out of room for it.
thats why a blower beets a plow. when we get our usual 8-10 ft of snow per year, id run out of room to push it during the season. never run out of room to throw it though.

That is a beautiful setup for sure.
The only thing different i would do is,
have down pressure and float on that front cylinder.

A blower is VERY high on my list now! I've been tinkering with the thought of building one. They are not "rocket science" esp. pto driven. (for the crazy price) The fan size is what I'm wondering about along with the driven speed. Is bigger & faster better? The other "stumbling block" is the feed augers, I can't make them, (the spiral type) and am wondering if properly located "paddles's" would do?
Your setup is the ultimate and sorry you didn't get any snow this year. You're welcome to make a trip out here to see some.:drink:

If I had flat parking lot's to plow, 10-4 on the down pressure. I do have a SS that will do that. At my place, I think I'd just break something with d/p.

i only used my plow and blower 4 times this year.....i guess all our snow went east to pester those people this year. getting lots of rain though. i took off my chains last week...about 1-1/2 months earlier then ever before.

im going to do paint touchup on plow and blower and put them into storage this weekend. ill leave the hydraulic power pack on for a few more weeks just incase mother nature does a u turn, but i dont really see that happening.

Time to get the roof rake out again. That's barely a 3/12 pitch and the snow was about 30". I built the shed roof like a brick SH but better to be safe than sorry. I lost a "lean to" shed like this one a few years ago and that will make you second guess yourself.
