Pictures of stump digging

I finally loaded the pictures onto my computer from back in may when I first asked about digging stumps with a backhoe. I have pictures of me popping them up and pictures I took over the weekend of the dove field that is there now. Hopefully some of the people that helped me back in may get a chance to look at these, I have more pictures on another camera but this one I loaded onto my computer tonight. Thanks everyone for your help and enjoy the pictures..

Nice excavator. The stumps had no chance. I recently tried smaller excavators to do a similar job and I found that the excavator needs to be in the 12K lb area to be effective at pulling good size stumps. I'm guessing that the one you showed is in the 25-30K lb range. Thanks for the pics.

Yeah it was 27,000 lbs, it didn't have any problem with the stumps. There was maybe 20 stumps out of over a thousand that I had to dig on either side and give it another try and they would come right out.
