Pictures of New LK3054XS

OK guys I have my CD with pictures of the new tractor but I cannot figure out how the #*!+#*! works to download them. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif The files are quite large so I am stuck. If someone can help I will get them posted soon.

first , u have to size them so they are under 100,000 bytes, then save then where u can find them(to a folder, desktop, etc) then type your message then click continue, when u get to prieview your message, u will see attacht a file, browse to the photo u want and once it is in then hit post message. ain;t hard , and m waiting to see that new tractor of yours . hope this helps /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

The problem I am having is sizing uder 100,000 bytes. Right now they are around 850,000 and I cannot figure out how to compress. Have tried numerous programs with no luck. Glad the tractor is not so @#^+@#! difficult.

What graphics program are you using? You will most likely have to resize the pic. Are they jpg or bmp in format? If they are bmp then that will take up a lot more space than jpg. If they are bmp, then you will have to change the extension. That is easy to do. Go into your graphics program, and click Save As. Then choose the jpg option in the Save as type in the Save As dialogue box.

I had the same problem when I first tried to put some pictures on. I used Paint shop Pro to resize them and it worked fine. You will find a resizing feature in those types of programs and you should get the size you want.

don't know what photo editing program u are using, but no matter which it is, there should be a way to resize the photo, it may be under adjust , resize, etc when u find it resize to 640 x 400 then make sure ro save as jpg. and that should get u under the 100,000 size. we are all dying to see these pictures. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Thanks everyone for your help. Hopefully this works. Shoppintractors I downloaded the program and I think it worked. We will find out soon enough.
