Used my old Jinma Gulin backhoe and made up an entirely new front mount system, lenghened the frame (was already beefed up for jinma use) made new lower drops, and used a prince pump

Nice welding. I wish I had that type of talent /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Looks like a great setup.

Nice job schmalts, looks like it would be fairly easy to take on and off. Is it hard to get lined up once the unit is off the tractor. That backhoe looks familiar, does it have plastic bushings on the pivot points. I am having trouble finding the replacement bushings. Good looking setup and nice pictures.

easier to take on and off because of the PTO pump. otherwise the same.
What bushings are you talking about?? I need a lower main boom bushing myself but didnt take it apart yet. Dont tell me that is plastic!!!

Good stuff. I mated a Gulin to my Kioti 3054. Had to build the entire subframe. I wish now I would have just bought a new Jinma hoe and done what you did. I think it would have been better in the end.

What GPM Prince are you using? I bought the 7 GPM for mine and I can run it around 1500 rpms. It has no problem digging and will lift the rear of the tractor up. Your big Kama is a much better weight to hold that hoe in place than my Kioti.. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

On mine, any pivot on the backhoe, except at the boom swing are plastic. I replaced the boom swing upper bushing with one made out of steel pipe. The lower one seems to be the same size. I cut a pc of 1 1/2" steel pipe about 7/8" long, good fit on the pin, but a little loose on the OD, or ID of the bushing seat. I had to find a large washer to keep the bushing from falling out of the bottom, seems the pin came out and the washer and bushing just fell out. I think I will make another one and put a small bead of weld around it and then grind it to fit better. I'm also looking for a bearing that would fit in case they go out.
