So I'm lookin' at that pond and thinkin' that you had the generator to run the mixer and the pond as a water source. . . . .But wait! There in the last picture is a container with a hose bib attached. Did you haul water to mix with or carry it from the pond? "Enquiring" minds want to know.:)

BTW: Nice job!

Good Evenin Jim,
Sharp eye you have there old timer ! ;)

Yep that was a 15 gal container that we put in my bucket with a hose attached, we filled it twice and then the last bucket came from the pond ! ;) The pond water is probablly cleaner than the well water anyway ! :)

Very nice! :D I could use a nice flagpole with lights. But the neighborhoodlums might attempt to damage Old Glory and I couldn't stand it. I'd have to go all American on them and would end up married to some guy named Bubba down at the county lockup. :D:):p

Good Evenin Moss,
:D Yep, stay away from the county lockup at all costs ! :D

Am lookin foward to those copter pics ! Its allways good to know where my taxes are going ! ;)

You don't get to see the whole driveway but you get the idea :D Actually, its not that steep. No really, it isn't! :) I measured it the other day, 6:1 ratio. So that's what?...about 15% grade? See...not that bad. Its all a matter of perception. We positioned the driveway to face south, so all it needs is to be scraped down with the blade on the quad after a snowfall. If its storming out, usually have to go out when the snow gets about a foot deep. Don't want to let it go too long :)

...but I still would like to have a tractor for for those heavy days.

I thought that those were chair lift cables until I realized it was power lines! :D

...concrete drive

WBWI, that's a stunning home you have there! I thought last year about putting in a concrete driveway. We both live in winter climates. Maybe you could post a new thread on the topic to discuss your experiences with that sort of driveway.
