I always get Graham and Brooker mixed up, went through there week before last.
Both have a post office but only one has a mini mart/gas station and a Dollar General, lol.

Doesn't Graham have a modular home for a post office? I know Brooker has a brick and mortar building because the thing I remember about it was it had one parking space painted with lines and that was a handicap parking space. Kind of struck me as..."only handicapped people can use this post office?"
Small towns can be interesting. When Daddy bought his acreage in Polk County AR, we moved from DeQueen to Gillham, which was the nearest town. Culture shock for kids that had been used to living in major cities all their life. DeQueen was small by our standards at 4500 but Gillham's population sign read 172. Gillham even had a brick and mortor building with one handicapped and paved parking for about half a dozen more, although they didn't spend the money to paint the lines!

I do believe the post office in Graham is a modular building.

Go up early this morning and headed over to get some pesticide to spray for army worms today and came home with a used fertilizer spreader, they made me such a good deal I couldn't pass it up, couple of new belts and a couple of other minor things and this thing will be good as new, so I drug it home and still got the pre-emptive army worm spraying done. Charlie.

That spreader looks to be in good shape. Why did they want to sell it? When I worked at the fertilizer company, any carts we had were ragged out.

Looks like you got a good one. My little spreader sells for about $7000 new and lasts me about 4 or 5 years. I wash it and spray it with Fluid Film after EVERY use.

They are getting out of letting customers use them due to liability they say, there are 2 other outfits in my area that have done the same thing during this calendar year, so that only leaves one locally and they have a $100 rental fee everytime you use it. I see the hand writing on the wall and don't like being at the mercy of one outfit so if I figured if I'm going to keep playing this game I better get one and they made me a deal I couldn't pass up , so I looked over the 5 that were there and picked this one due to its overall condition, with a few minor repairs this thing should last me until I give it up or the lord calls me home. You are smart to wash off and spray down after use as fertilizer is extremely corrosive, diesel fuel and motor oil mix seems to be the thing that most folks use around here on all the metal parts that aren't stainless steel.

I have been looking for one of those for years. That's such a rare find. If you happen to run across another of those I would love a shout out. I would gladly come down there and pick one up. The ag companies around here abandoned that program a long time ago. They have all gone to those behemoth high flotation spreaders.
