Back to forestry mowing, clearing some property lines, as of late I have had a lot of these requests from people wanting this done, hope they keep it up, I needed some easy work after the barn build:D.

That is quite the barn! I don't know enough to build my own, so I contracted a much smaller pole barn that was finished a few weeks ago.
Unfortunately, I found about 15 cubic yards of old broken up demo'd concrete over the entire site 1-4' down in the dirt. I'm still dealing with it while I am trying to get a final grade.

It's a shame you don't have a creek crossing or somewhere that you could use it for a solid bottom which would solve your problem.

Just was going through Alachua last Wednesday and Saturday. Every time we drive through, I have to point out the Hughes Supply and White Cap builds I was superintendent on in 07/08, or so.

Looks like a new Wawa, maybe just north of I-75 on 441.

Today's job was mowing out hunting club roads and food plot areas with my small tractor because of the low hanging limbs, this particular area was used as a phosphate mining operation back during the 1920's thru the 1940's and there are deep pits that have grown over with vines and have walls that are 80' or 90' down , it's hard to tell from the pictures but very interesting to see in real life, just another piece of old Florida from a bygone era.

What do they hunt there? I've heard the turkey hunting is good in Florida. But I've never heard anything about the trophy quality of the deer there.
