Anyone have any pics of their cat with bigger tires and rims?

It must go faster. Does the arm still reach the ground?

Seriously, any advantage to these? Bigger tires would give less forward power for thrust.

Everything is 1 inch higher off the ground, yes the boom angle is slightly different. I often use 'work' mode, never had any trouble spinning the tires even at 7,200 ft. elevation. The terrain I work on is rough, stumps, rocks, stuff, a little extra clearance helps.

I am thinking of getting a toolcat but am worried if we can get it up to my property. We have a road that we bo up that you can get up with an atv and is really steep and rocky. This is a temporary road putwill be using it for a couple years. We have 5 tight switchbacks and long roads in between with a few really steep parts. What kind or terain or degrees of road have you taken your machine on

I'll let others address the incline question, since I live in Florida (pretty flat). But in terms of your switchbacks, the turning radius with all wheel steer engaged is 17.5 feet. That's pretty tight.

Just thought of something. I do have a steep incline at one area next to my driveway. Never measured it, but I would say it's about a 3 to 1 slope and the Toolcat has no problem going up it. Of course, it's only about 30 feet or so, but I wouldn't think distance would be an issue as long as the machine can handle the incline.
