Great thread. I've always loved old barns.

Ok - so maybe this doesn't qualify as a "barn" based on one of the previous comments because it has roll-up doors, a concrete floor - and electricity , but it's as close to a barn as I'll probably be able to get until I can convince the wife to move out of suburbia and into the country

Built it myself - and it still has a ways to go. Some of the details still aren't finished off yet.

'Barns are not really used down here in Aus and NZ. We typically use open sided sheds... here's my 5-bay with a concrete slab, my workshop is the enclosed bay with roller-door.

Barns are rarely built here anymore. They are a leftover from an age gone by.

Thank you, I really like it. Staring at it my imagination goes wild thinking of the things that have happened in and around that barn. It was built to use.
