1. Hour meter
2. Do the tires all match
3. Fluid levels
4. Check closely for any rust or paint damage/deteoriation.
5. Lights working properly.
6. Make sure you pay close attention to the delivery instructions.
When you get home READ YOUR MANUAL, highlighter might be helpful.
All I can think of off hand, but will be thinking about it.

Look it over like you plan on keeping it. If there's rust on it, if there's a scratch on it, if the color is off and you don't like it please don't accept it and then come whining to the forum how the seller did you wrong.
Many of us put up with a nick here or there, some faded paint, etc. Others complain if a fly leaves tracks in the wax.
Make sure it works to your expectations.

In my opinion, this needs to be added to each model's manual: Re-check front axle fluid after a few hours of operation. It should be a daily check but I think most owners don't check it each use.
The front axle fluid probably won't be fully settled in the axle housings on delivery. Mine, along with many others, was about 1 quart low of SUDT when I checked at 5 hours.

about the only other thing to add is if you are not familiar with the model, have them show you how all things work and the location of things you need to check regularly. Manuals will show you this but sometimes the drawings are not as easy to picture as opposed to having seen it.

It's pretty common to have different brands on the front and rear. Maybe not for this model but for many other Kubotas.

Don't forget the hat from the dealer.
