Picked up new 2305 today

After months of decision making and weeks of waiting for the machine to be ready I finally picked it up today. I played with the tractor for an hour or so just moving leaves and sticks in the bucket, even tried out float mode for picking up piles of leaves, worked great.

This is a great machine and is way more than I need but it will be a fun toy.

Thanks to all who provided feedback when I was trying to decide on which tractor to buy, especially johndeere 2210.

Congratulations!! I did some serious thinking about that exact setup but decided to get something a little bigger. I am currently waiting for my 790 to get here - hopefully less than 8 more days!! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif Have fun with it -

Congrats on the new payment book! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Nice lookin machine. Within the hour I'm headed for the local JD dealers Spring lawn and garden open house to see what's new. I'm hoping they have something like yours there as I haven't seen one up close yet. <font color="green"> been there, ate hot dogs, looked at green things. yes they had a 2305 there with a 200cx loader on it, the first 2305 I've ever seen in person. It was parked next to a 2210 so it was kind of fun to pop the hoods and compare. 2305 has a much larger air cleaner unit, it took me several minutes to find the oil dipstick on the 2305. Muffler is relocated a bit too. </font>

Even though I have owned a 2210 for nearly 3.5-years, it will from time-to-time simply amaze you in its ability. With that said, do enjoy the machine and I know you will see why myself and others encouraged you to get that level of machine, because it will amaze you as you get some seat time.
