Perfect Fit

I really love this tractor, this fits perfect into my barn. I love that FEL, I was going to shovel all the manure out, but a few swipes and I will be done. Before and after pics to come.

Looking above the ROPS,... I cut out 5 "
To each side at the bottom, I hacked away a BIG chunk, I later build little ugly doors for it.
AND... If you look inside the shed, in front of the loader, you will see I hacked a HUGE chunk off the front so the loader will slide through.
I later enclosed the "tumor", but it is ugly.
So, in summation, 12x8 is a tad too small for a BX2200 w/ loader and weights.

I have my father in law's '69 Mustang (he is 82 and original owner...), my wife's new Mini, and my 2002 L3010 in my garage. A 6.1 stereo, heated, insulated and plumbed. 34 x 28. super deluxe workshop.
All the while my BMW sits out in the rain!

Hey rogue, how does you're loader bucket shed addition look?
Last I read, you were going out to look at bigger sheds.

I had the same problem, but took the opposite approach. The roof of my shed extension is 2x4's, plywood and shingles. My solution - lower the floor. Took alot of redoing but it worked. The trouble was the owners book said the top of the rops was 76". I built it 80". Then I tried backing in the first time and wasn't too happy. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif The actual height of the tractor was 86". Lesson learned - read that silly fine print, you know - specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

Actually, the day I decided I had to hack my little shed and get my tractor in it (rather than the garage) was the day I happened upon a 1988 528e "CHERRY" and I wanted it in the garage. Later I had to bump it because I found a 1985 MB 300SE. I turned a few bucks on that one, it only had 50k miles on it "VERY VERY CHERRY". Now I'm back to two cars, but I guess we are now getting a Mi... Mi... Miiinnn... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
I can't say it... Honda Odessey I can say.. you'll have to figure out the rest.
So I guess The third vehicle and the tractor will have to fit in the new shed garage.

Hey Rogue:

We were looking at adding a two car garage last year. I tried to cheap it out but my wife kept pestering me and the builder to go bigger. Guess size is everything. Bottom line we ended up with a 28x32 garage/barn with loft. Glad I did it now. You would not believe how much stuff we keep in there...not to say that my boat and tractor fit in very nicely.
