Claims he is losing big $$.

The mayor told me today that the minister of mines has conceeded to change laws to allow cities some powers.
But the online petition was a major factor as sigs were coming from all over as well as out 40 or so 52" X 52" colored posters placed very stratigically.
We also had 35+ articles in local papers.
The skirmish is won but until the laws are changed we carry on.
