Pat's Quick Hitch customer service

I ordered a Pat's Quick hitch, Cat 1 when there were on sale here at TBN. It won't fit the tractor I bought it for without a lot of modifications to the lift arms. I have e-mailed Pat's about returning it but never got a reply. I'm not real happy with their customer service. Anyone need a Brand new Cat 1 quick hitch???
