Pat\'s Easy Change & a TC55DA

Has anyone installed these on a TC55 with the telescoping bottom links? I was about to order a set, until I read that you need at least 4" of straight arm. I don't believe the TC55 has enough length. If not Pat's system, as anyone installed another brand?

Have you experienced any problems with hooking up the top link on a stationary quick hitch like the jeffers?

Re: Pat\'s Easy Change & a TC55DA

I installed Pat's System on my Kubota 5030, which has an angled end on its lower 3pt arms. I, too, was concerned, having read the 4" straight arm requirement. I had no problem with the installation. I didn't measure, but I believe that what is needed is a straight lower arm segment from the absolute end of the arm back 4 inches... then an angle further in toward the tractor is fine. On my Kubota, the angle is somewhat behind the installed Pat's system attachments.

I've found that Pat is VERY accomodating... I sent emails and have gotten answers. I suggest you email him and ask regarding your tractor... I suspect it will work... and, if not, he'll likely let you return them... but, suggest you get your questions answered first from him before ordering.

I've been very happy with mine... and his service. Cat 1 connectors can be obtained thru TBN... Cat 2 from him.
