Parts difficulty for Cub Cadets?

I was told not to get a CC 1050 because "parts are impossible to get." I live in West Central VA. Is this true, or is it jealousy?

Total nonsense. Parts can be had for the 1000 series from any MTD or CC dealership, plus some big box stores.
