parts availability

I have a dk40hse. The tractor model has been discontinued a few years ago. How long will kioti be required to have replacement parts available for this tractor?

How long they have part available is anybodies guess. How long are they required to have parts. They can discontinue parts the day they stop production. I deal with companies that not only discontinue parts at end of production they even remove all access to the parts diagram.

Its not just Kioti that might not have replacement parts.I struggled the other day to find parts for my 2003 model year John Deere extendable hedge trimmers.I bet chit would really hit the fan trying to find parts if we get into a full blown pi$$ing match with N.Korea.

I'd hate to have plucked down 23k on a tractor, and a few years latter find out that South Korea won't ship parts.

I think Kioti has been in business a long time and think they are not going out of business any time soon.If you feel they might go with john deere or Kubota products.
