That is a Massey Ferguson FE 35(Ferguson England, built in Coventry, UK) . It has the Standard Motors 23C Diesel. Built pre 1960.
Values will be regional. Have a look locally.

As mentioned, it depends on how sound it is. Diesel gets more $. If hydraulics and engine were good I personally would easily pay $3,500 for it. The 35s and 135s are gems.
