Does anyone have a line on pallet forks that fit the Q-tach set up on the KL401 loader? Calling Mr. Wallace . . . Rick, do you carry any?

Not sure if these will work or even if these give you the capacity you want. But Take a look at these. COMPACT X-TREME DUTY Shaft Mounted Pallet Fork

There's a distributor in NC selling them for $550, shipped.

I believe those will work. I found another site that has pictures of the mounting plate. Altough these pictures show what looks to be a Montana which is using the two level Kubota type Qtach system, I would think the Kioti KL401 single lever system would work as well. I believe the pins still lock in the same way. Can anyone comment for sure.

The weight limit for these is 1800lbs. which is not too bad. I am going to be using them for moving around a water tank they we use to fill water troughs that we don't have hose access to. The tank is a 275 gallon unit so I wouldn't be able to fill it completely as that would put me over the weight limit. But to be honest I don't need me than a 100-150 gallons each time I run it out to the pasture.

You might want to check out Horning Pallet Forks sold in four different locations here in Pa. They look a bit more substantial than the ones you have pictured. I've had one on my DK 45 for a year and it's worked well. They are $580.

Will do. I am open to any brand. I am more concerned with the Qtach fitment. I believe you "S" fitment is different than the "SE", 2 lever vs. 1 lever. Is the mounting plate still the same?

Do you have any dealer links/names for the Horning Pallet Forks?

You quick tach set up will work with any brand skid steer style quick tach set up.
The only thing is when you put the quick tach forks on just make sure you are centered in the quick tach plate to allow you retainer pins to drop in.

I was trying to find a picture of the Horning Forks. I found these on the Weaco site. Do these look like them?

I got a set of forks from Millonzi for my CK20. They were a bit too heavy duty for that loader so I sold them but I understand that Millonzi now makes a lighter weight set that would be appropriate for the CK20/CK30. The original set would have been fine for the DK40 and I acquired another set of the original style Millonzi forks. They work just fine on the DK.

I've just ordered one of those shovel attachments for the forks to help dig up and transplant bushes...haven't received it yet.

Photo shows the standard size (not the lightweight) Millonzi forks on the CK20.

Very nice IT. How do they fit on the KL401? Do you remember what you paid for them? Any idea what they are rated at? I headed over to the Millonzi site now.

The standard Millonzi forks ???4000 lb rating, fit on the KL401 just like other attachments (i.e. too much space on the sides but that is not the fault of the implement it is due to the weird narrow Kioti QA dimensions). However, as forks don't deal with lateral stress very often it doesn't make any difference and they work fine.

I just checked my 2006 invoice and see that I paid $540 plus shipping. That was obviously before steel related price increases over the past couple of years. I sold that set for $500 but then acquired a second almost identical Millonzi set by bartering with Rick when he delivered the tractor (I think he got one of my mowers or something like that in exchange).
