Youight try a search on EBay. I am almost certain when I was looking for a set of forks, I found someone on there that had the parts where you could build your own. I know they had the forks, mounting bar and the universal skid steer mount. Maybe they didn't have the frame though? Just a thought.
I already searched ebay and could not find anything. I think you are talking about atvxpress on ebay. I sent him a message to see if he would sell just the frame. I thought it may be as cheap to buy the frame rather than making it.

I have purchased a couple of pallet frames from them for fabbing strange things for a QA FEL.
They usually go for less than $100 and come in several brands. Lots of other QA items. Search the skid steer section.

Unfortunately they do not have a location near me and there is not a auction like that in my area.
