P9084C at the Tulsa farm show.

I looked at the new big tractor of the Montana line at the Tulsa farm show last weekend. It looks like it is going to be a nice step up in the Montana line and a machine actually big enough to use as round baler tractor. The P9084C is rated at 88 hp, the new P8084C is rated at 80 hp and the P7084C is going to replace the T7074 at 72 hp. All 3 have Iveco engines.

Unfortunately no. The cab in the 9084 looked more refined than the one in my 7074, not up to the cab in my MF5455, but improved. According to the rep there are only about 45 of the 9084's currently in the US, but more are on the way.

There may be a typo in your post. The new P-series includes the P9084C, P8084C and P7084C which are built by LS in S.Korea, and do have Iveco engines.

The T7074 was built in S.Korea, but by TYM (Tong Yang Moolsen), and had a John Deere engine. It doesn't appear to be available any longer. (The T2334 and T2734 are also by TYM).


LS announced today that they will also be distributing their tractors under their own name in the USA beginning this year. They are scheduled to begin displaying at Farm Shows (L.S. Tractors USA LLC), but I would doubt they will be at the '09 Nat'l Farm Machinery Show as it usually has a 1-2 year waiting list.

LS will be at the NFMS in Louisville. Small booth, but they will be there unless things change.

Where is the typo? Besides the further explanation of the T 7074's history, I said the same thing.


BTW; I am starting to see the new series advertised by dealers locally as having them in stock.

According to Kevanos it looks like LS will manufacture these.

They are manufactured by LS. Saw some of the new Montana's at the National Farm Machinery Show.

However, LS was not there, unless they had a very small booth with no tractors, or I just completed missed it!
