"P" indicator light blinks at times

We have a TC35D new holland tractor with front end loader. The parking light indicator sometimes blinks every now and then that is with the parking brake disengauged. Just wondering what the problem could be. dave

Dave put the tractor on level ground & block the wheels so it can't roll. Then put your wife or gal on the rig and have her work the brake pedal and watch to see the linkage moving under the tractor. You should also see an arm attached to an electrical switch that works the dash light. My guess is that switch is either loose or out of adjustment.

Make your adjustments with the the ignition key in the on position and make sure the engine isn't running.

I'll bet you'll quickly figure it out from there.

I actually have the parking brake light stay ON from time-to-time because the parking brake handle does not go all the way down when I release the brake. The brake pedals don't really have anything to do with that light, it's the lock/release handle out of position that causes it. My guess is that your handle is not to the fully released position or that the switch is just slightly out of adjustment and the handle bouncing or vibrating sets it off.
