Oxidation on paint on my kubota

I was wondering whats the best method to make my tractor look new again, I have some whitish oxidation that has developed on mine you can take your finder and rub it off so and wanted to clean it up...

An old timer told me to wipe it down with a diesel rag... Just dont see that as the answer.. Whats the best method everyone use's? Will try and get some oics of what im talking about in the morning..

You can use the same method as you would on a car.

Use a cleaner, polish and wax system like McGuiars and a little elbow grease.

Good luck! Once you get it cleaned up the wax will make it super easy to keep up on it.

Yea I just was thinking that waxing was outta the question on the other parts other than the hood/fenders.. The rims and other parts would be darn near impossible to wax... I thinking there may be a chemical that would help out..

On the wheels, get something like the Powerball....I believe that Meguiars makes it. It fits into your cordless drill and acts like a power buffer. Its very spongy and will allow you to get into tight crevices and hard to reach places. It would also work pretty well on any areas of the hood that are slotted like the grill. Just put your wax on by hand, grab the drill and powerball, and go to town. Plus, you get to use a power tool which always seems to make things so much more fun. Now if only there were a way to make an attachment for the tractor to wax with...that would be perfect!!!

Well I stumbled on something that may help someone in the future... I tried some purple power cleaner this weekend and it worked like a charm on mine.. She looks almost new now...
