First time tractor buyer looking at Deere and Massey, have 10 acres previous pasture so, mowing and driveway maint be about all I'll be doing, so loader work is a def, comparing the massey and deere, can you please tell me what construction the models above are? ie plastic or metal fenders, hood, etc.. thanks

Fenders are a Hardened plastic and the hood is metal. It has a fully raisable hood. If you would like any other info fell free to PM me and ill help all i can

Yes the hoods are metal but the fenders are plastic (at least the two i have are)

I bought my 1532 about 3 months ago , it has metal hood , plastic fenders . I really like my tractor . If I can help you with any other questions , let me know .

I was looking at Deere when I purchaced my 1529 a few months ago. I liked the sheet metal hood and removable side panels. The hydraulics felt a little smoother IMO on the MF.The fit and finish was real nice on the Massey also.
