You can look at the manual online at Deere's website. You can probably print it out, possibly have to do one section at a time. There are different ways to get to the manuals, but here is the way I got to it.
-From
www.johndeere.com home page click on equipment quickfind.
-select rotary cutters(ag)
-click on services and support (in black)
-scroll down and select publications and manuals
-select view recent operators manulas online
-for decal model # type in mx5, then click search
-click on which serial # break you have that comes up in search
-when operators manual for mx5,mx6,mx7 comes up, click on view
-the sections for the manual will be displayed on the left, click on the section you want to read. You can probably print each of the sections in this way. Hope this helps.
