out for a sunday drive

Just thought i would post a picture of a sunday ride me and some guys from work took a while back. I like riding my tractor but it would have taken me two days to get to the top of this hill with the tractor. The background is Douthat State Park in VA and all the way in the back is warm springs mountain where the homestead resort golf and ski resort is.

As a suggestion, you could have first reduced the size of the picture to say 800x600 and then compressed the image down to the 100K limit -- you would have probably had a more detailed photo then. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Ahh now that wasn't me. But if you click on wheelin and then you will see a link that says "some favorites" in the middle of the page you will go to a picture of a fool in the middle of a mud hole, that's me.

Oh yes and since that picture was taken I have lost 50lbs on the Atkins diet.

Check out the buses section also. Home made they are but the guy that is riding side saddle and yes you want him on your side.

The reason he was riding side was more than likely he was stuck a bit ealier in that pit and when he got himself going again he just jumped on the side. This guy is a big guy and when he gets stuck he pretty much lifts up one end of the wheeler by himself and moves the wheeler to get it going again. No I would not recomend anyone to mess with him.

I was just in Ellicotville a couple weeks ago for a Elk Foundation banquet. I also spent the last weekend in Little Valley for the Trappers Show. I live about 31 miles west of Ellicotville right on Rt 20. Nice to meet another WNY'er on here /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
