I have a Toro shredder with a 5 HP Tecumseh vert saft engine. Governor linkage was disassembled when I got it. I don't know if it is put togheter correctly now. The adjusting screw looks like it should bear on the shaft that the spring goes to, which the governor spring attaches to. Is this correct? Thanks for looking.
