I have a little over 200 hrs and am in the process of adding Top&Tilt so thought this would be good time to change hyd. oil.

O'Reilly OIL - TRACTR FLUID (GL-303 TRACTOR FLUID)

Is this OK for my B-2910 Kubota?
I has many tractor names on the container but no Kubota.
The salesman mentioned that the 303 may have been from JD 303.
5 gal for $30.00.

Should I look elsewhere?

If it is a hydrostat or glide shift, they work better with SUDT or equivalent (5w30 multivis trans/hydro).

Otherwise UDT spec is what you want. I am not particular about brand, but it must state UDT.

I changed mine at 300hrs and used a brand named Cling-Tuff that is marketed by a company out of Maine. I had wanted Perma-Tran but the dealer was out (and had been for awhile) and I wanted it done. Long story short, there is better hydro response with the newer oil than the Sams Club stuff that was in there before. Whether it was due to the age/use of the other oil as compared to new, I don't know. It does seem that there are differences in oil. If you are near a Kubota dealer, for the $, I'd just use UDT.

Gotrocks.. I have no problem using generic UTF fluids as long as they state that they cover my manufacturer's specs.

If your tractor wahts UDT.. and UDT ain't listed on that oil jug.. -I- wouldn't use it..

This is what i will use for my fluid top offs and changes Wal-mart, tractor Supply and i think auto-Zone carries it
