Universal bender, and tube roller. I can see my scrap pile's future...

With that tube roller, your next purchase will be a key way broach. The set screws just don't cut it.

I've heard rumors to that effect.

You might get away with dimpling the shaft at each set screw, but that didn't work for me. The round tube dies were soft, but one of the square tube dies was very tough. Luckily that was the last die I had to do, because it killed the broach! I need to use an end mill to precut the key way on that die before running another broach through that die.

What's the 2nd. pic, a broken key? I was thinking it was a home-made ratchet handle for the bender..

Another option:
Harbor Freight Tubing Roller Die Sets
I haven't had any issues with my roller yet, but I've only been rolling 3/4" conduit. When I need to roll a size I don't have dies for, or start having issues with the OEM dies, I'll be paying swagoffroad a call.

Shield Arc - do you have a broaching machine or is there some way to set up the part in a fixture and pull the broach thru "manually"?

Troy has some great products. I just purchased his HD metal brake kit. I hope to assemble it in the next week or so.
