Yes it doe's my freind. I see it did not take you long to tear into the guts of my baby! Good job on the rear wiper install! If i can be any help on the seat upgrade let me know. Im still waiting on the kubota payoff papers, as soon as they arrive i will forward them with the 1542 owners manual. That 3030 is a sweet looking machine!
I am jealous, if the other half would allow me to, I would love to upgrade my B3030 to a L3540 to. It looks like quite a machine. I hope you have as good or better luck with it than you had with the B3030.
Orange addiction.. Hope my wife does not see that or I will hear it regularly ..
First it was off shore fishing boats then heavily modified jeep next came the $$$ making the Power Stroke go really good, then the Harley, now the Kubota.....
Well at least Im getting some work done with the latest "addiction" LOL.. even made a couple bucks..
Congrats. on the new Bota.. When these "bugs bite" it can be expensive

Here's how you do this. Figure out what the COST of the tractor is and then figure out what the resale price would be and THIS is your actual cost of ownership. Not the purchase price. Plus toss in interest lost and subtract savings for jobs done. Plus--and this is a big one--it keeps you home at night. Play heavy on the wife's nesting instincts.
If you use your present tractor you will likely find the cost of ownership was near zero because of inflation. It doesn't COST to own a nice tractor, it liikely PAYS and the wife can see it is better to buy assets likely to appreciate rather than spend lost cash on nights out with the boys that do not.
This argument has worked very well for me over the years and has never failed.

Thanx, everyone. I went with turf tires. This is a primary tool for me, used in my business, everything from loading fertilizer to moving snow. I could never afford this kind of iron to just poke around the yard on weekends.
