Opinions please on this brake mod for YM2310 tractor?

Axle seal had to be replaced on the YM2000. Water even pitted the collar on it. Water in the Hyd oil pan like I mentioned on another thread. Nasty Crisco!! Water Damage!! That was one of the biggest problem with it being all Org. when I bought it. Tractor Still is except except the Wheel bearings, A few Seals and the Seat. Org. Bridgestone Tires even LOL.... I did have to reline them. Just looked at them the other day. I raised the air pressure to see how far the cracks spread. R.rear a couple inches at one of the Treads. I'll never wear them out!!
