Price Check Opinions on price needed

I have the opportunity to purchase a 2135 industrial that's equipped as a forklift. It has a deck and all the controls and basically runs around backwards in relation to a normal tractor. It will reach 21 ft high and has a side shift as well. I've been using it around my farm since last Friday and it runs well and drives fine with no known problems.

The engine was rebuilt 2-3 years ago and the brakes replaced 2 years ago. It has been used very little in the last 2 years which is why it is available. Tires are AG on the drive axle and in excellent condition. It also has a differential lock. Power steering pump was replaced a year ago. The paint is good and no active rust visible anywhere.

Now the price. I can get it in the 5500-6k range. Is that too much? What is it really worth?

I mainly want it because it can go almost anywhere a tractor can go and that would be really helpful on the farm.

Sounds like the lift height/capabilities should serve you well. Probably alot of apps for the lift aspect. Got any pics of it you can post? Dont have an idea what it would be worth, but if it could be eventually converted back to tractor use, it sounds like a good price. Specially after all the work that has been done to it. Thanks TB
