Wow! Google maps shows that address is an intersection in a completely residential area. No retail shops apparent.

Pretty classic. I've seen manufacturing addresses at suburban homes, with different owners. One "company" didn't have a business license in the state, and the city manager had no records of a local business license.

Another tip off: a number of the shoes had molded on soles, not exactly "hand sewn"...
