Note to readers: the above post is not this wayne.
Note to other Wayne: We would not sell a 1401 with anything larger than a 4' finish mower or a 42" rotary cutter, and then only with weight on the front of the tractor. The weight ratio of your implement to your tractor is, in my opinion and experience, dangerous. Make a hard 180 with a 1401 and a 5' FM and the resulting fishtail can cause a loss of control. I'm not saying it is LIKELY, but it is way too possible for my satisfaction.
I have not used an 1100, but based on my use of a 1300 I would not even consider a finish mower over 4', nor a rotary cutter over 36". Part of the danger of these little tractors is that they have the power to do more than their physical presence (weight, footprint, wheelbase, etc.) will safely sustain.
Now....with all that said...I know there are many users/readers who are doing exactly what you are. Before they post to tell me I am wrong, bear in mind that I have not said the tractor WON'T handle thes implements....I have said it will not be safe. That is my best advice to you. Think about it....do I really care if I sell a 42" cutter rather than a 4' cutter? Our recommendations are based solely on what we believe to be a safe and effective match of tractor and implement.
