Last May I bought a new B7510HST/LA302 FEL from the local Kubota dealer here in the North Valley.

Last week I get a Christmas card from the salesguy that includes a gift catalog from www.ordermygift.com. 48 selections including jumbo toasters, shelftop audio systems, cookware, digicams, etc. I need furniture for my new place so I picked a good looking table lamp.

Nice to see a dealer who values customer relations and repeat business. You read a lot of stuff in these forums about dealers with crappy attitudes. Here's the flip side for a change.

Any similar experiences out there in tractorland this holiday season?

The Christmas present from my dealer was a bill of $612 ($75 of it was the pick-up/drop off charge) for the 50 hour service. I haven't even had a follow-up card or call from them since buying my tractor.

Mine has made repeated trips out to my place to bring me implements, new hydraulic connections for my hoses on my top and tilt (because they gave me the wrong ones the first time) and a toy tractor for my son... He got that for christmas....
