Chains ? on wheel weights and tire chains on 2120

I need to get some wheel weights and tire chains for the rear of my 2120. Can anyone tell me what "size" weights and chains I need. The rear tires say 14.9-26 on a 13 inch rim. I'd like to find some used weights and am wondering what tractors would have the same size wheel (8N, 9N, etc). Same deal with chains, if I could find a good used set i was wondering what the length and width would have to be.

What year 2120 do you have?

Sorry for the delay.
I think it's a '97 according to the transmission serial number.
I bought it a month ago from and 88 year old gentlemen with 105 hours on it. He used it to mow a little grass and kept it inside.

Not sure about all your questions but the manual for my '96 2120 says:
WEIGHTING LIMITATIONS
The weighting limitations that follow are limitations only; they do not imply that the tractor should be weighted to obtain the weights shown. Use only enough weight to obtain good performance, and do not exceed the tire load capacities.
Total Vehicle Weight
Do not add cast iron weight in excess of the
following:
Front End — 295 lbs.
Each Rear Wheel — 160 lbs. plus liquid ballast.
