ahh.. so i almost nailed it. DEG, ethanol and methanol.. maybee some dye and oderants and stuff to make it non palatable...

From the MSDS: Ethanol 67% Methanol 3 to 4% the rest seems to be the gel, Not advisable to drink:)

i love the warnings that say do not use near fire. yet it has a burning wick on top.. and large chaffing dishes can use 2-3 side by side ( near fire. hm.. ? ;) )

That does seem a little silly, a product designed to light on fire.. hm...:)
