The JD does come with a 430 loader also. It's a 2004, is 17300.00 still to much. Thanks for your imput.

It depends on condition. If it's in nice shape then the price is on the high end, but still in the ball park. If it is in exceptional condition then the price is right. If it's beat up, sun faded in places and rusty in others then it's too much.
That front snowblower is something that a lot of us wish we had - particularly us older guys. But front blowers are an expensive attachment. If it has the front blower then I'm guessing it also has a front bucket and a quick change system for swapping between the two - which is altogether a real nice setup - and also not cheap.
Where is this tractor? I may have to go have a look for myself...

I have a 2004 Century(Branson) with> 1100 hours and can tell you that it is a solidly built tractor. I owned a JD before that. Both are good tractors, but the Branson loader will be heavier as others have said. However, unless the snow blower is completely shot you are probably getting more value for the JD combo. Especially when it will better meet your stated needs. W. Jones

Do you have any pictures of the Deere? If it's in good shape which it should be if it has been stored inside and taken care of. 450 hours is very low for 2004.
