Tractor
Several Fords, four Japanese tractors
We had to take some metal to the scrap yard this afternoon and this is what we found.

Parts of an old John Deere planter and an old IH tractor.

I sure did want those cans! The tractor would be nice too.

Looks like most of the parts on that IH have already found happy homes. Not a good candidate for restoration, IMHO, unless you have deep pockets.

Actually I was thinking yard art for the tractor.:D At Christmas I could wrap lights around it.

Oh come on. To really appreciate something like that you should keep the lights on it all year.:)

You probably think I'm kidding....but I'm not. :D

If I left the Christmas lights up all year I'd never hear the end of it. I could just call them tractor lights.

WOW..!! I'd have loved to had that C to part out..!! There's lot's of goodies there left to the trained eye..!! Especially if you've had to buy a few of them..!!

the really trained eye would tell you thats a Super C...note the bolt thru the tool box (under the seat) which would designate that this tractor had a 2pt Fasthitch...first used on SCs. But yes, I'd take that puppy anytime, seeing as we have 3 such beasts now...BobG in VA

Edit...looking again, the clutch pedal is straight...indicating a C, whereas, the SCs had curved pedals...looks like it could be "sooner"....(sooner be one thing as another). Bobg
