I don't have the 1960 convertible for you, but I'd like to see the 1950 Chevrolet...
I'll be over tomorrow afternoon!

LB,
I couldn't make it over today to see your 1950 Chevy... I'll have to try again another day. ;)

LB....... is the picture of your car, or one of a car that looked like yours? I had a 1960 Black Impala convertible, but didn't have the continental kit...
Dusty

Dusty man, I always liked the look of the 1959 Chevrolet line over the 1960 models... but then again, the 1960 models started the tradition of the double and triple taillights, depending on the model.

The 59 was one of Chevys sharpest looking cars, but my Black 60 Impala Convertible just wouldn't have looked right in a 59 body.
However a black 59 Impala Convertible with a white top and red and white interior to go with my 60 would have made a pretty pair.
Closest I ever came to such a pair was my neighbor buddy had a Black 57 Chevy Convertible with a white top and a red and white interior. at the same time I had the 60.
They were a sharp looking pair together.
I've got some pictures of them taken together some where around here.
I also have a picture of my 1960 that was taken when it was parked out on the street in front of my aunts house in Canton Ohio back around 1962.

Sorry.... 1958 Chevrolet Impala had 3 across the rear body panel at both sides. Tail lamp / backup lamp / tail lamp. I also had one of those. Back then, I got a new Chevrolet Convertible every year. They were 1 year old used ones that belonged to the dealers wife. They were always loaded with options, and even though air conditioning was rare, they all had A/C. The 1958 was the first, and the 1963 was the last. He sold the dealership and that contact was lost.
