Ok, ok, so I was at an auction yesterday...........and I think you know the rest of the story!
I really don't know what the heck it is or what I'm gonna use it for but I think i got a heck of a deal. It's a 30" Model 37/38 Aero-Thatch Seeder made by Olathe Manufacturing. It's in really good shape, looks like it was hardly used, and even came with an operating manual. The manual lists settings for planting rye grass, bluegrass, and fescue. It seemed like a good deal for $225.
I researched the company today and found that they were bought by Toro in 1994. I'm probably screwed for parts, so I hope this thing works.
Does anyone have one of these? Does anyone know if you can plant other types of seeds with this?
Thanks,
Dave
