Oil Shortage Explained
There's a very simple reason why there is an oil
shortage in the United States: Nobody bothered to
check the oil; we just didn't know we were getting low.
The reason for the oversight is geographical. All the
oil is in Texas, Oklahoma, and Alaska. All the
dip-sticks are in Washington D. C.
